Shipping within Saudi Arabia:
- Fragracity is responsible for delivering products within the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia in a period to be determined during the completion of the order, starting from the day your order is confirmed via email depending on your location.
- NOTE: order delivery may face delays during promotional activity and sale season.
- There are shipping charges will be added to the order total, and such charges are not fixed and may be free depending on existing offers.
- Orders are delivered from Saturday to Thursday, except Fridays and official holidays.
- Fragracity collaborates with international and local shipping companies and the responsibility of the shipment shall be transferred to the shipping company after the order has been discharged from Fragracity.
International shipping:
- Customs fees may change anytime, depending on the customs policy of each country.
- International orders are shipped in cooperation with Aramex.
- The VAT in Saudi Arabia is not applicable to international orders.
- The total which is shown in the order is the total. Any additional payments collected by customs after shipment is not affiliated to Fragracity.

Kuwait:
Customs: 1 kd stamp+2 kd clearance charges +IATA charges* +5 percent cd of the total value of the shipment.
*IATA charges: depend on the weight and origin, No vat applicable.
United Arab Emirates:
If the invoice is 1000 AED and Above, it is subject to 5% customs duty and 5% VAT.
There is a 5% VAT applicable between 100 AED and 999 AED.
Bahrain:
Above 300 BHD as total invoice value, there will be 5% customs + 5% VAT.
Below 300 BHD, it will not be subject to any fees.
Oman:
All shipments are subject to fees.
Higher than 300 OMR, the shipments value will be 5% on total invoice value + charges on the customs statement Per Shipment, and Less than 300 OMR, will be only 5% on total invoice value.
Qatar:
Higher than 3000 QAR, there will be 5% of customs duty + 20 QAR for the customs statement.
Less than 3000 QAR, there will be only 20 QAR for the customs statements.
